Payment
1. We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Order. The most convenient method is direct online payment. If you prefer other payment terms, kindly inform us before placing your order.
2. Full payment must be completed within 7 days after placing your order. Otherwise, the order will be deemed invalid or canceled by the system.

Return and Warranty
1. All goods are meticulously inspected before shipment. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange items within one week. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
2. The shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping charges.
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, including boxes and accessories. Man-made defects, such as scratches or damage, are not covered by the warranty.

A: Sample orders are delivered within 1~3 working days, regular orders within 5~7 days, and mass production within 7~10 days, depending on models and quantity.

A: We require a 30% deposit for production and the remaining 70% balance before shipment.
