Return and Warranty
1. All products undergo inspection before shipping. If unsatisfied, you may exchange items within one week, but must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping fees.
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, including boxes and accessories. Man-made defects, such as scratches and breaks, are not covered.

A: Samples take 1~3 working days, regular orders 5~7 days, and mass production 7~10 days, dependent on models and quantity.

A: We require a 30% deposit for production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
