Payment Options
1. We accept multiple payment methods including T/T, Western Union, and Money Order. However, direct online payment remains the most convenient. If you prefer a different payment method, kindly inform us prior to your order.
2. To ensure your order is confirmed, complete the full payment within 7 days of order placement, or the system will automatically cancel it.
3. Please ensure all buyer information such as contact person, address, postal code, and telephone number is accurately filled in.
Return and Warranty Policy
1. Every product undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. Should you find any dissatisfaction, exchanges are welcomed within a week, provided you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
2. Note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs.
3. Returned items must be in their original condition, complete with box and accessories. Damages caused by misuse, such as scratches or breakages, are not covered.

A: For samples, 1~3 working days; for normal orders, 5~7 days; and for mass production, 7~10 days, depending on the model and quantity.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.
