Returns and Warranty Policy

2. Note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning and reshipping costs.

A: It takes approximately 10-20 working days after all order details are confirmed.

A: For samples, 1-3 working days; normal orders, 5-7 days; mass production, 7-10 days, depending on models and quantity.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A: A deposit of 30% is required for production, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.

A: Yes, we have a factory located in DongGuan City and a sales office in Shenzhen City. We warmly welcome your visit. Please notify us of your schedule in advance, and we'll arrange to pick you up.
