Payment

Return and Warranty
1. All goods are inspected before shipment. If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange items within one week. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping charges.
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, including box and accessories. Man-made defects, such as breakage or scratches, are not covered by our warranty.

A: Sample orders are delivered in 1~3 working days, normal orders in 5~7 days, and mass production takes 7~10 days, depending on models and order quantity.
Q.What's your payment terms?
A: A 30% deposit is required for production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
